BUSSEY, Presiding Judge:

Robert Lee Holliman, Jr., hereinafter referred to as defendant, was convicted on a plea of guilty in the District Court, Oklahoma County, Case No. CRF-72-2671 of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, in violation of 21 O.S. 1971, § 645.
