Appellant, Rex Allen Walker, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged with the offense of Murder in the Second Degree, in violation of 21 O.S.Supp. 1974, § 701.2, and was tried and convicted in the District Court, Beckham County, Case No. CRF-75-56. Pursuant to the jury's verdict, the defendant was sentenced to serve an indeterminate term of not less than ten (10)...
