The defendant Elvin Royal Griebel has moved this Court for partial summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56, F.R.C.P., to preclude plaintiffs from recovering from defendant those damages plaintiffs could have recovered under no-fault insurance coverage had plaintiffs, in fact, maintained such coverage.
