Petitioner, John Howard Wrighten, was disbarred by the South Carolina Supreme Court from the practice of law in that state. He was charged with withholding, failing to account for and misappropriating funds belonging to clients. The South Carolina Supreme Court's order of disbarment was entered upon recommendation of the State Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline. In re Wrighten, 257 S.C. 184,
