We granted certiorari to review the decision of the court of appeals in In re Estate of Wehling, Colo.App., 547 P.2d 1289, which affirmed the order of the Denver probate court vacating an appointment of a special administrator. Having considered the merits, we affirm the judgment of the court of appeals.
