This is a civil action in which the plaintiff, R. Robert Kass, seeks to recover damages from the defendants, Ronnie Jewelry, Inc. and its parent, Certified Corporation, for breach of a contract of employment. A Superior Court justice, sitting without a jury, found for the plaintiff.
