Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

WILBUR, Judge:

Respondent determined deficiencies in petitioners' Federal income taxes for the taxable years 1972 and 1973 in the amounts of $1,0611 and $1,574, respectively. The sole issue for decision is the valuation of a fractional interest petitioners acquired in six paintings and subsequently donated to Pepperdine University.
