On January 29, 1976, a division of this court unanimously affirmed (with a minor arithmetical adjustment) the trial court's reduction of a real property tax assessment which had been made for fiscal year 1973. In the same opinion, by a vote of 2-1, the majority of the division reversed that aspect of the trial court's order which extended the reduced assessment to fiscal year 1974 (and future years, until a new assessment could be made) on...
