Plaintiffs brought this action against Sunshine Land and Cattle Corporation (Sunshine), Title Insurance Company of Minnesota (Ticom) and Minnesota Title Company (Minnesota Title), alleging that the defendants acted in concert to violate the Securities Acts of 1933 and 1934 in their sale of investments to the plaintiffs.
