This appeal comes to us presenting the question of whether the trial court correctly overruled the motion for relief from judgment filed pursuant to Ind.Rules of Procedure, Trial Rule 60(B)(1) and 60(B)(8) filed by plaintiff-appellant, Crown Aluminum Industries (Crown) on February 27, 1976.
