Defendant appeals from an order of the Juvenile Court, wherein he was found to be within the court's jurisdiction as provided in Sec. 55-10-77(1), enacted 1965, on the ground defendant had violated Sec. 76-5-103(1)(a), as enacted 1973, amended 1974.
