This is a suit for workmen's compensation benefits wherein plaintiff seeks a judgment under the Louisiana Workmen's Compensation Act. Plaintiff, a resident of Concordia Parish, seeks compensation for injuries he allegedly sustained as a result of a vehicular accident near Cullman, Alabama.
