ORDER
FREEDMAN, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on defendant's motion to suppress the admission of a confession which he made to the police while allegedly intoxicated. The defendant thus asserts that the confession was not made voluntarily. A hearing was held on April 21, 1977 and memoranda have been submitted by the defendant and the government.
