This is an action brought by Howard Bonsall, doing business as The Bonsall Company, to foreclose a mechanic's lien in the amount of $5,238.09, against real property owned by the appellants, Kristina M. Sterrett, Ray Sterrett, Olava Hansen, and Albert Michael Sterrett.
