Defendants Joseph McMonagle, Jr. ("McMonagle"), James Manning ("Manning") and Walter Helm ("Helm") were charged in a five-count indictment with violations of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1962(c) and (d), 18 U.S.C. § 495, and 18 U.S.C. § 2.
