The plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court dismissing a complaint in each case wherein the plaintiff sought injunctive relief and damages against the defendant therein. The plaintiff claimed entitlement in each case to such relief on the basis of a noncompetition covenant contained in an agreement between the plaintiff and the defendant which it claimed the defendant had violated.
