This appeal arises from a post-decree petition of Terrence P. Cowhey, pursuant to section 72 of the Civil Practice Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 110, par. 72), to vacate a judgment for adoption. The trial court granted the respondent's motion to dismiss the petition and denied the petitioner's motion to overrule its dismissal of the petition. The petitioner appeals from these two orders...
