KIRKLAND, District Judge.

This cause is before the Court on defendants' motion to dismiss plaintiff's complaint.

Plaintiff seeks to redress deprivation of Constitutional rights guaranteed under the Fourteenth Amendment. Jurisdiction is invoked under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and 28 U.S.C. §§ 1343(3) and (4).
