MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

NEALON, District Judge.

On February 26, 1976, after a four-day trial, defendant, William Daniel Hooker, was found guilty by a jury of two counts of bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2, 2113(a) and 18 U.S.C. §§ 2, 2113(d). Defendant's motion for judgment of acquittal,1 or for a new trial, is now before the Court.
