Appellant Dorothy J. Russell is a claimant for Social Security disability insurance benefits payable pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 423. She appeals from the denial of her second application to establish a period of disability as provided in 42 U.S.C. § 416(i).1 The application was filed on June 5, 1973 and stated that November 15, 1969 was the date of onset of the disability.
