This cause is before the court on the petition of attorneys for plaintiffs and the plaintiff class for an award of $300,000 in counsel fees and for reimbursement of $32,145.63 as out-of-pocket expenses incurred in the above captioned litigation which pursuant to agreement and court approval has been settled. For the reasons hereinafter stated, petitioners shall be allowed $219,205 from the settlement fund...
