Presently before the Court is plaintiff, Selected Risks Insurance Company's (SRIC) motion to remand this case to the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. The present action was commenced in that court on July 27, 1976, and removed here on August 18, 1976 by petition of defendant, Small Business Administration1 (SBA).
