This matter is before the court on the motion of defendant Lindberg Hall to suppress evidence seized at the time of his arrest. The defendant, a convicted felon, is charged in a one-count indictment with unlawful possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C.App. § 1202(a)(1).
