This appeal arises out of a proceeding brought by the Multnomah County Juvenile Department to have two allegedly neglected children made wards of the court. After a preliminary hearing the trial court ordered the two children taken from the parents, made wards of the court and placed in shelter care at Waverly Children's Home.
