MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
TURK, Chief Judge.
This action alleging race and sex discrimination in employment has been brought as a class action by past and present employees of Defendant Imperial Reading Corporation under Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., the 1871 Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1985 and the Equal Pay Act, 29 U.S.C. § 206.
