This is a suit in equity in which plaintiff seeks to set aside under ORS 16.460(1) a decree dissolving the marriage of plaintiff and Joseph Cloyd Jones on the alleged grounds that plaintiff had been prevented from defending the dissolution proceeding as a result of duress.
