Following an eight week trial, fifteen defendants were convicted of conspiracy to violate the federal narcotics laws. Several defendants were also convicted of a number of related substantive offenses. The convictions of all but two were affirmed on appeal, 513 F.2d 1087 (2d Cir.), cert. denied, 423 U.S. 832, 96 S.Ct. 54, 46 L.Ed.2d 50 (1975). One of the defendants...
