GOFFE, Judge:
This case is before us upon petitioner's motion for reconsideration of an order entered September 11, 1975, dismissing this case for lack of jurisdiction.
In a statutory notice of deficiency dated March 5, 1975, the Commissioner determined a deficiency in petititoner's Federal income tax for the taxable year 1971 in the amount of $2,793.
