This is an original proceeding wherein defendants-appellants petitioned for a stay of execution of a judgment of conviction and forfeiture of public office. Counsel was heard ex parte and the matter taken under advisement. Thereafter the Court ordered an adversary hearing and stayed execution of the judgment until the further order of the Court.
