The assignee of a cotton contract sought to recover from a cotton grower the extra cost of cotton purchased on the open market to cover cotton allegedly contracted to be sold, but not delivered, by the grower. A take-nothing judgment was rendered upon the jury's failure to find that the contracting parties mutually intended that the contract price specified for the highest specified micronaire quality cotton should apply to the higher micronaire...
