Defendant Reliance Insurance Company appeals from a judgment in the amount of $4,413 plus interest, entered in favor of plaintiff Marfico, Inc. The appeal is not opposed and the single issue presented relates to the priorities of the parties in and to certain unearned premiums in the possession of defendant.
