Appellants, who are residents of the Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia, ask us to reverse a decision of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County which upheld the grant of a variance by the Zoning Board of Adjustment of Philadelphia (Board) to the Ford Leasing Development Co.
