This ruling affirmed the corrected findings of Administrative Law Judge Frank Condino that "in spite of sustaining an injury * * * plaintiff did not suffer any wage loss as a result thereof and * * * [so] has failed to sustain the burden of proof that he is still disabled as a result of the said injuries".
