HUSKINS, Justice:

Judge Snepp, in his judgment, found no misconduct on the part of the arbitrators, supported by competent evidence, which justified setting aside the award. He did find, however, that but for his conclusion of law that the depositions of the arbitrators were not admissible to impeach their award, he would have found such misconduct.
