MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

PHILIP PRATT, District Judge.

In 1974 the above-named plaintiff obtained a judgment against the principal defendant, Jerry Noel Hasty, in the amount of $82,358.44. This judgment was registered in this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1963 on August 7, 1975.
