BOOKOUT, Judge.

Appellant was convicted of selling phencyclidine, a controlled substance. The evidence, including testimony by the appellant, clearly establishes that the appellant sold the drug in question to a police informant. Appellant was sentenced to a term of three years in the penitentiary.

After a review of the record, we conclude that there is only one issue subject to review. The jury returned a general verdict of guilty and counsel for the appellant...
