MEMORANDUM OPINION.

William B. Brown, in 1970, after acknowledging he was the father of a child born to Margaret Boyles, was ordered by a judgment of filiation to contribute to the support of that child.

In 1975, proceeding under MCLA 722.720; MSA 25.500, Margaret Boyles sought additional support for the child from Brown, alleging that Brown's income had increased more than 100 percent between 1970 and 1975. The trial judge denied her motion and denied a rehearing...
