Respondent determined a deficiency in petitioners' Federal income tax for the calendar year 1971 in the amount of $36,288.43.
Some of the issues raised by the pleadings have been disposed of by agreement of the parties, leaving for our decision only whether petitioners are entitled under section 1034, I.R.C. of 1954,
