Plaintiffs brought this two-count complaint for damages under the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1701 et seq. Count I alleges that, in connection with a sale of real property by the defendants on November 26, 1972, plaintiffs were not provided a property report before signing the contract as required by 15 U.S.C. § 1703(a)(1).
