McMURRAY, Judge.
Defendant was charged with possession of not more than one ounce of marijuana in violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act. A motion to suppress the evidence was made and denied. Thereafter the court was requested to hear the entire case without the intervention of a jury, and the court found him guilty.
