The Industrial Commission awarded petitioner Don C. Adams compensation based upon an 11% hearing loss of the left ear by an award dated October 31, 1974. A timely request for review was filed by petitioner culminating in the affirmance of the original award by The Industrial Commission. A writ of certiorari was thereafter granted by the Court of Appeals. The Court of Appeals set aside the award of The Industrial Commission. We accepted the petitions...
