Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

RAUM, Judge:

The Commissioner determined a deficiency of $6,497 in the 1969 income tax of Raymond G. Hansen and Cecile Hansen. We must decide whether Cecile Hansen signed under duress the Form 1040 which reported for 1969 her income and that of her former husband Raymond.
