The tenant failed to pay the monthly rent for the month of February, 1974. Thereafter tenant filed a proceeding under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Act, receiving a stay as to the payment of rent on March 4, 1974, and proceeded thereafter to pay the monthly rent under the Bankruptcy Act.
