Harold Schroeter, claimant, sought an award for workmen's compensation for injuries he received during an assault. The arbitrator found that the injuries did not arise out of and in the course of claimant's employment with Jerry Cairo, d/b/a Touhy-Lehigh Shell (hereinafter employer).
