Appellants Michael Branch and Willie McCoy were convicted of armed robbery by a jury in the Supreme Court of Chatham County. Each of them received sentences of 20 years imprisonment in the state penitentiary. A motion for new trial filed in their behalf was overruled by the trial court. Appellants enumerate as error the trial court's failure to grant them a new trial and argue two reasons why they contend a new trial should be ordered. We have considered...
