James Logan, Jr., a member of the bar in this state, has been charged with violations of certain ethical standards in two separate proceedings, hereinafter referred to as the Liddell and Parmigiani matters. After hearings had been held on both matters, the Burlington County Ethics Committee submitted two presentments to this Court, in response to which we issued an order to show cause why the respondent should not be disbarred or otherwise disciplined...
