Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 307(a)(1) which authorizes interlocutory appeals as a matter of right,1 defendant, Percy Wilson Mortgage & Finance Corporation (Percy Wilson), appeals an order of the circuit court of Cook County granting a preliminary injunction to restrain the cashing of a letter of credit, the details of which follow.
