BLISS, Judge:

Appellants, The Snug Club, Inc. and Edith E. McDonald, President of The Snug Club, Inc., hereinafter referred to as defendants, were charged, tried and convicted in the District Court, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, Case No. CRM-74-2653, for the offense of Operating an Open Saloon, in violation of 37 O.S. 1971, § 538(h). Punishment for each defendant was fixed by jury at a fine of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars, and from said judgment...
