OPINION AND ORDER

PER CURIAM.

On September 20, 1973, an airplane owned and operated by Bromley Corporation crashed into a tree on takeoff from the Natchitoches, Louisiana, Municipal Airport. Several people died as a result of the crash.

On March 11, 1975, the Panel issued an opinion and order determining the propriety of transfer pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1407 of three actions arising from the crash.1 The Panel denied...
