Defendants Brock Bobisink and Frederick Moore, along with a third co-defendant,1 are charged in a four-court indictment with conspiring to manufacture a controlled substance, manufacturing a controlled substance, conspiring to distribute a controlled substance and possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance. 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846, and 18 U.S.C. § 2.
